I would make the neck a little longer on a forward angle.
To me, the neck is sitting too low on the shoulders now.

The head is made individually. it can be lifted higher and rotate.

Carefully check the awards. German Cross - was given for bravery. Patch on right sleeve - a destroyed tank in person, using only grenades or fauspatron. Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves - for outstanding military merit. Iron Cross - clearly and without explanation. The sign for the wounded on the battlefield. The sign for participation in the tank battles. The winners are always the losers are judged. Suppose you are sad is how U.S. soldiers abusing the bodies of dead Taliban. And although they do not have stripes with the runes ...

i like the subject.even if i still say the german cross in gold sits to high on the chest.
this is surely not the place to lead debattes about the dangers the painting of SS miniatures may have for the world....

Have to agree with Markus, this is spoiling a post on a beautiful piece of sculpting and should be moved somewhere else.
We paint and sculpt model soldiers and for some strange reason soldiers are employed to "KILL" people. May I suggest that Mr Wilkinson reads the title of posts before he jumps in with his anti certain parts of a certain military.
Ghengis Khan killed perhaps millions in his war against the world, nice figures though. British military killed unknown numbers during many wars. French Killed unknown numbers as did Germans, Indians, Americans, New Zealanders, Australians, Japanese, Africans In fact there are not so many soldiers left for Mr. Wilkinson to paint!
I would suggest that if it says SS in the title and you dont like the subject, dont enter, and stop posting your rather strange ideas on a site that seems to foster soldiers.

Excellent work on the sculpting Igor! The detail work on the awards and medals is very fine.
I also like the character you have sculpted into the face, especialy around the eyes, which we all know is where the personality of a face comes from
