Dear friends
here is my latest project. So far all the painting has been done in oil.The rest of the figure will be painted in acrilics. I would like your opinion on the leather trousers.
Thank you

I 'm working on this fellow too, and I 've never thought to paint the trousers in leather. I regret that because seeing the trousers you are painting I think it's a undoubtedly right choice , the leather effects you did are very realistic and very well painted . Great start.

cheers

Stefano

Dear friends thank you all for your comments.
Here are few more pics.I need your opinion .Do you think that the back of the mantle should show the different pieces of fur stiched together or there is already enough patch work and i should leaved one colour as it is now?
Thank you
Roberto

Ciao Roberto. Undoubtedly, it is difficult to answer.. for my liking could be good the patch work you are doing , probably some different colour tone would add more realism to the coat. Don't forget , always for my opinion ,to paint the seams of the patches on the coat skin . However, in anyway you want to carry on , your painting job is really great.
