Hello,

I'd like to present my last paint.
Its a bust sculpted by my friend Jean Claude Bertrand.

100% Acrylic paint.

On ne peut dire que "chapeau bas"! Beautifull sculpture, but your painting is high level. Textiles, skin, colours choice. The hat especially is amazing. How did you worked it?

Thx a lot.

For the hat, I started with a deep brown color (mix of black and a brown).
Then I used a bit of the sponge that we get in the miniatures boxes to protect them.
Instead of a brush I used that bit of sponge with lighter and lighter color... until I get what I want.
Then I finish with the brush adding details and some washes...
