Life Miniatures Princess Grace of Monaco.
Painted in a combination of Vallejo and Jo Sonja acrylics.
It was pretty hard to get an exact likeness. If anything, I think the whole sculpt is based on Nicole Kidman's portrayal of Grace Kelly in the film of a few years ago.
