Hi!

In your opinion wich is the most realistic mix to paint end summer grass?

If you have an airbrush I would shoot the whole grass with a deep dark green mixed with a tan to lighten it up. Then i would pick out the tips with the tan to simulate the browning out of the grass and maybe put some selective washes with the tan mixed with an orangey yellow. Go back and touchup the tips with the tan if you covered any with your selective wash.

Yeah, sounds like mike never watered the grass..lol.
I usually give it a top shot with tamiya "deck tan" for a dusty look also.
