I take back all I said about Pegaso.
I emailed them regarding the shocking state the Mirmillo was in.
They asked for photos but I had rectified most of the faults.
They still offered me a replacement but I said I would pay something the Spartan Warrior instead as I had almost completed the mirmillo.
They sent me a Spartan Warrior and a wooden base for free as a goodwill gesture.
The Spartan Warrior review is posted by myself.
I can't fault them on customer service.

That's good service indeed, although your Mirmillo copy should of course never have come through quality control in the first place.

That's incredibly good customer service. I recently broke a part of a figure and I emailed Pegaso asking if I could purchase a replacement. I got an email within the hour asking for my address and saying they'd send the individual part for free.
 
I confirm that Pegaso have great customer service skills.
I emailed them and told them i have missing parts to the 75mm Alexander the great figure....told them i have had it awhile bought it through 3rd party and its not their fault ..and i explained i saw one of my cats sniffing and tapping the figure and since then i cannot find the helmet and feathers...i asked if i could buy these parts.
They emailed back saying they would be more than happy to help complete my model and i have nothing to pay and will send parts registered...this is great news and its made my day.:)
