Great War Experts -Help to identify this vehicle please

Hi everyone;

I am looking for some assistance in two things really; 1. can anyone definitively identify the type of vehicle seen in the picture below;


and 2; Does anyone know if there is a reasonable model available of this vehicle? I am looking for 1/32 preferably but will settle for 1/35 as beggars cannot be choosers in situations like this. I know Tommy's War had a couple of beautiful lorries that I think would have served perfectly, but they are no longer available (unless somebody knows of a secret stash and is willing to share their source with me.)
