As I saw the second sculpt I remembered that somewhere I have seen this figure before.

I looked my kits and I saw that the sculpt is the same from an Italian company of figures(http://www.italiankits.it/allarmi.html code 35014).

I am wrong? see your self:

You give me the impression that is yours, because you said it will be released from athens miniatures. Also I remembered that you won a gold metal in euromilitaire 2009 with this figure in Scratch category. Sorry if I am wrong.

It is my work, I won a gold medal as a conversion figure (the category is for converted/scratchbuilt figures, you must read the rules) and I did not said that this figure is going to be released from Athens, I said PROBABLY..., you must read carefully what I am writing because you are giving wrong messages.

Ok. I just asked you to confirm or not my doubts.

But what is converted, is a subject with long conversasion.

By the way, congratulations for you gold metal.

Thank you Basilis,
that's the rules, I did not make them,
just for the history I did not won only a gold medal, I also won 4 silver,3 bronze,4 H.C. an 3 C. In total 15 awards.

Dear Christos!
Thank you for your work. I note one very important detail - the Greeks did not wear soldiers' coats,
they were dressed in the coats in winter. In the summer they wore plain clothes Greek. The region colors were of the sash, fermeli (waistcoat) and trousers plus other trimming. The Fustanella (skirt) and blouse/shirt was almost always white. The fez and vest were commonly red and richly embroidered and decorated with crosses and eagles.
I know this because of this issue devoted to the study of more than seven years and is now finishing a monograph on the Greek legion.
P.S. With my friends ( Russian, Ukrainians, Greeks) we want to erect a monument to the volunteers in Sevastopol. You can join a group of designers of the monument.
Best regards,
Sergey Galani.
