Here is the finished bust of Gregg Boyington. The bust is about 200mm in size. I painted it in oils and acrylics.

looks good, grizzled, like a pilot of the Pacific should!

A simple base does help focus on the bust.

SInce I have started painting agin around 2005 I have done 9 busts, 29 round figures, and 14 flats.

I actually started painting in the mid 1970's with Phoniex and Series 77 figures. Has a lay off for about 22 due to Army duties and took painting back up in 2005.
