Are you able to reduce the actual size of the pics before uploading ? , might be why not showing , quite big files ?

Thanks for sharing

That does look better, Jim - I would also be tempted to reduce the seams on the crown of the helmet, or take them off altogether and redo them, more in scale. They are where the six fabric panels are stitched together, (looking down on the helmet, from a birds eye view, the seams run fore and aft, then at 60 degrees evenly around the crown) They are also like a seam in a pair of jeans, so need to be less prominent...(y)

Yes will do Steve thanks for the input
Cheers

...also, the sun shade/neck curtain was tied to the outside of the helmet, with fabric tapes, rather than being worn under it(y)

Yeah I've only seen one pic on the internet with the neck flap underneath the helmet, all the others are as you say on the outside of the helmet, I'm going to have a look and see what I can do about it.
Thanks Steve
Cheers

It looks infinitely better, Jim. I could be Mr Picky and highlight some other areas in need of modification, but I think that captures the essence...!!(y)

Does look better , sure Jimbo wouldn't mind knowing your other thoughts ....personally it's good to have and see input between sculptors

Ok - the compartments on the bandolier arent quite right. For the Martini ammo, there were four large compartments, two front and two rear and two half size ones where it is at its lowest point (see pic). There is also no discernable gap between each compartment.

During the Sudan campaign, the pouch on the belt could be the newer pattern, or, more likely, the same as the ones worn in the Zulu campaign (this is because the Camel Corps was equipped with old issue cavalry and infantry equipment)

Hope this helps. Not trying to be a know-all, just one of my areas of interest!!(y)
