Overall nice job! Since this is a few years old I don't know if this comment is necessary but more attention paid to the direction of light would pay dividends in the overall appearance - with the same colours you've used exactly, just placed differently, the figure could look much more realistic (although I think that a little more contrast could work well in a few places).

In simple terms, folds - particularly large, open ones - aren't dark in the recesses, they're dark on the underside portions and light on the planes that face upwards. This is the basis of Shep Paine's shading advice (the Continental idea of zenithal shading is much the same thing). A diagram is the best way of making the idea concrete in case you have difficulty in visualising what it means in practice:

Diagram from this thread on the FineScale Modeler forums.

Following this principle when painting can take some practice but if you stick to it carefully it makes a big difference to how 3D and real-looking figures can appear (actually anything, including groundwork elements) particularly when they're studied closely. The smaller the scale the more important it is to get this right for best results.

Hope that helps.

Nice work Cheung.
But i would like to see the painting to the direction of the bottem darker. His coat looks from top to bottem just the same color.
Shading can be done more.

Very nice painting on such a wonderful figure. Another one I have in my collection that I may paint one day.
