hello friends,
this week-end was our "big show" in Quebec, it'S a general scale modelling show, not a contest.
I felt honored to be asked for animating a 1 hour free workshop, got 28 people as attendance listening to my approach on groundworks in order to emphasize figures. It was a blast for me, most of the attendants were passionated about railroad modelling (whose i consider kings of groundworks ...)
soil is made of grounded coffee over insulation foam basically, fine sand, cat litter (clean !) various flocks, birch seeds for fallen leaves and dried roots for the tree and log.
here is the piece i did after one hour of heavy fire of questions and exchanges ... what a great time this was !
