The stand out areas for me are the tongue and teeth, the tongue is a realistic colour as are the teeth and there are no black/dark lines between them that a lot of painters do. This is probably the most realistic open mouthed fig. I've seen.

The rest is good too.

I agree with Roger. The face is very well painted. You can almost feel the scream coming at you.
