Nicely Done. The skin tones are very nice. The gray is very subtle.

Sorry it took so long to respond. Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. I'm glad you all like this piece. To those who commented on the nameplate: If you have Microsoft Office on your computer you can use "Publisher" to create your own name plates in no time at all. I use it for all my name plates and simply print on a sheet of sticker paper. I usually do up a bunch at a time so as not to waste the whole sheet.
