Here is my next sculp of an 54mm figure. It shows Harald Blauzahn (Harald blue tooth), an famous viking king of Denmark an Norway. It is an commercial kit for another small german compagnie.
Greetings,

It's a beautiful piece,Martin.
Love the pose and the simple long-house pole is a really effective scenic support.Well done again.

Its a really interesting subject to model Harald Blåtand. It is not certain if the name really has anything to do with his teeth. Also his son Sven Tveskägg (Forkbeard) is a interesting character.

Also made a bit famous in the great swedish novell "Röde Orm" by Frans G Bengtsson.

As an odd notice I can confess that my own two front milktoth actually were black/blue from the start? Talking to dentists over the years still holds no explanation other than it could derivate from a severe blow or fall on the teeth which neither my parents or siblings can remember?

Cheers

Hi all, thanks for the nice words. Now the figure is on the way to the caster and i hope it will be painted in the next weeks. If he is available, I can show it on this forum.
Best wishes,
Kellerkind
