I have always had good service with John. He does travel a lot with his real job and sometimes it takes awhile to get back to me.

I emailed them earlier after having the same problem.... they have people working on it. It was supposed to only take one day...they say that now it's been three...
They are as frustrated as we are...lol..

Keep checking back I guess.
