Nice work Roy (as always), but the other guys are right he does look vaguely familiar, I'm thinking an American actor but I cant remember his name.

I got it!, Chris Cooper the actor (Seabiscuit,American beauty), sorry Roy its just a personal thing on my part but that's who he reminds me of.
