Wow - this is really well done. I love the way you have done the metal work - in fact the entire bust is inspiring. For me it is the best version of this bust I have seen.

Can you perhaps share how you did the shield - love that part of the bust.

my methode to paint metal part and shield

It's so simple that I'm afraid you would be disappointed...
Anyway I try to explain it roughly. First of all, I paint all the parts in black acrylic, and add a layer in gold acrylic. Then, I apply sepia oil color sufficiently on that, and remove it rubbing with a bit of sponge.
Next, using black oil color to make some contrast, that's all.
For the shield, I do the same. See the following pictures to catch some ideas step by step.
