Finally... a moment to paint :D
after a many time I succeed in posting something....

This figura (75mm by RomeoModels) painted to acrylic with valleyo and andrea colours.
For painting the tunic I use a simple mix of Offwhite 820,Uniform English 921 (Valleyo) and Black.
The metals are painted with oils and printer ink.
The horns are in plasticard and don't belong to the original kit.

I hope that you like, thanks for view... all comments and suggestions are welcome :)

Regards from Italy
Andrea

Hi,

Very , very good! I really like the white, the shield and the small conversion on the helmet. The only thing I´m not totally convinced of is the cross on his chest...In my opinion it would have been better to have removed the sculpted cross and to have painted a cross in accordance with those on the shield.
Nevertheless a real great mini!

Great figure Andrea, I had the same idea, to add a teutonic "horns" on the helmet, but you did it very very nice. I pick also a great detail of eyes in the helmet, very nice. All over it has a strong atmosphere with perfect handled whites and very attractive heraldy. For me, this is a top work, world class(y)

thanks to all for comments that I read on my figure , really I appreciated a lot :)

@stephan: I toned with uniform english, tonality of ochre and earth to simulate the dirty effect on the tunic ,thanks for your comment

Best regards from Italy and.. happy painting!
Andrea

your choice of colour for the white robes is just right for this figure and the work on the shield adds just that bit of interest to the figure which is needed with the plain white robe.

Great piece of painting.

Very nice rendition of this figure, like the way you have handled the whites(y)
Heraldry looks great.
