Greetings Planeteers!
Here's my last post for a bit (well, today anyway) until I finish some more kits (I've got about 10 in various stages of completement).
This is 120mm "Hellguy" by Mojoresin which is of course the movie version of Hellboy. I had a fun time figuring out how to keep the tentacles separate so I could get at everything to paint but still have it fit when assembled with as little touch up as possible.
I painted with acrylics. It doesn't show well in the picture but I slimed up the tentacles using Water Effects and gloss medium. I tried to tint the "goo" by mixing in a drop of paint but it looked too opaque and lost it's "glossiness". Any suggestions?
