Help identifying figure

I found this image of a figure on the web.

Can anyone help identify if it is custom or a kit, and if the latter, who makes it? Or share any other information about it?

Dave did one (65mm I think), but it was eyes front as I recall. This looks like a conversion/scratchbuilt one (If not sign me up for one immediately)

This figure is a one of by Maurizio Bruno and painted by Danilo Cartacci. The David Grieve figure is indeed 65mm and this is a picture of one:

It figures that this is a scratch-build. Maurizio and Danilo make an amazing team. I only wish that they would commercialize their figures like this.
