Help identifying metal flat figures

Hi guys - I have some unidentified white metal flat figures that I want to sell - look to be German . Can anyone tell me the manufacturer, scale, year of production and value please?

Rich, a long time since I was involved with flats, I don't recognise them from the pictures. Much of the information should be engraved onto the bases, at the very least the engravers initials should be there. That will help narrow down the possibilities and aid in identifying them.
