Help needed to identify these figures

I have recently acquired these two figures and having stripped off the previous paint layers am seeking information on either the caster or subjects.

The white metal figure is 127mm in height and I believe may represent a German Panzer Tank Commander? On the rear of the figure base the name R. Cameron is cast.

The resin bust is 85mm in height and from the shape of the helmet may represent a German Infantryman?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Looking at the resin colour on the bust it's quite old by the look ,

Looking at the clothing and the belt buckle it's a German paratrooper .....are there any markings on the rear ?

Could perhaps be a Warriors or early Verlinden ?

The white metal figure is a Tradition110 titled 'German Panzer N.C.O., 1940' (cat. No. RC110-5).

I think NAP is right, i believe it to be Warriors kit 9021 and maybe in 1/9th scale..
