Hi all!

i recently gave a friend at my local IPMS an old kit ( of a thing with wings on ) that i knew i would never finish and he gave me this in return....

this is way out of my knowledge base so....

i'm guessing 120mm :

sculpt by ? m. corry ??

napolionic? obviously a scot

any info on the kit, subject and sites for reference would be greatly appreciated ......

help.

Hi Mark ,
Looking at this I think it might be a Roll Call figure , but not Napoleonic as he has a waist belt ..and a beard and also a small pouch for the caps for his weapon . , looks around the Crimean period 1854 , battle of Alma perhaps .

References : The Osprey Books : Victorias Highlanders also The Thin Red Line by the Fosten brothers , many other references are around but these should be a good start

so once i have some nice reference i'll be starting it! .... my first non ww2 military figure in almost 12 years ... GULP!
