Help with Alpine figure painting

Hello!
I am building now a Pzkfw.38(t) in action in the russian front during the winter of 1942/43. I would like to use the followings Alpine's figure as the tank commander:

Could anyone help me with the colours to the figure's reversible tunic? Maybe white and moyse grey?
Any help is welcome!

Yes, you can use this figure for 42/43 setting.
Just paint the parka with grey/white reversible.
