Thank you to the mods for allowing me to join this site. I found the address for this site in a 2009 december copy of Military Modelcraft International.
A little about me, I reside in Australia and have been modeling on and off for a few years mainly aircraft.
The only figures I have done are 2 48th scale and a 35th scale to go with a build.
But due to a work injury that has removed the total use of my left hand for the next three months and left me home bound the need to keep my sanity was required (sans no kit building).
Since my painting hand is ok the world of figure and bust painting quickly zoomed to the top of the list.
So a few U Tube vids later ( Last Cavalry) and the seed was planted.
I use acrylics as that is what I have lots of .I will apoligise now as I'am sure I will ask some dumb questions .
Looking foward to picking up some skills and tips and sharing a laugh or two.

Regards Plastik Smurff.

Hi crew, thanks for the welcome. With the brief browse I have had of this place it is definitely a wealth of information so hopefully I can keep the dumb questions down to a minimum. Will post up some pics of the progress I have made on the first attempt at a bust.

Regards Plastik Smurff or Kurt if you prefer ;)
