Hi PF friends, I'd like to share my recent work - Highland Clansman. 1:10 bust from Young Miniatures. This is a bust that took me most time among all the busts that I have ever painted so far. But it is really a great experience for me to paint such a subject. Hope you like it. Any feedback and comments are truly welcome.

Hi Jason,
I am about to start this bust soon, too, so your reference comes me handy. I must confess, that your version is masterfuly painted. Every detail is spot on. What an amazing result did you achieve! I think you have to be very proud of your work.
Best regards
R.L.

Many thanks to all of you for your kinds words and encouragement. I am glad that you like it. Much appreciated!

Awesome work. What's the clan of this Tartan??
I couldn't find it in the list of Tartan's.
Marc
Marc, to answer your question, the tartan setts that I referred to when painting the vest and plaid are Buchanan and Dewar, respectively. There might be a few tartan variations if you search for pictures of these two types on the Internet but the primary colors / patterns would be very similar. Thanks!
