Hello Martin,
I'll go with the following -
1 The R.M.S. Queen Mary. Named after Mary of Teck the wife of King George V of The United Kingdom.
2. 16,683 -- a combination of service personnel and crew.
3 July 1943.
4. Hull Number 534 , at The John Brown Shipyard, Clydebank, Scotland.

Not 100% convinced that this is correct, however this ship features in my wife's family history in that her maternal grandfather helped build RMS Queen Mary. He was a cabinetmaker.
