70mm white metal
Sculpted by Bodi Krisztian
Painted by Young B. Song
9 white metal parts

Young has expanded to his 70mm line with the addition of Bodi Krisztian's Holland Officer in white metal. Arriving in Young's sturdy black box with all parts sandwiched between layers of foam. The cane and sword come in a small plastic bag, also in between foam.

There are 9 white metal parts all with minimal seam lines to clean up. The kit also comes with a round metal base with two canon balls sculpted into the base.

The main section of the figure is the head and chest section with a slight seam line down each side.

The leg assembly comes in two parts and match up perfectly.

Above you see both sides of the hand and hat. There is a slight seam line as seen on the hand of the left photo. Very easily cleaned off with a file or xacto knife.

More than one person has mentioned the head of this figure, maybe because I don't have the trained eye of a sculptor, I don't see it, but the head look ok to me. This is one figure I can't wait to ge my hands on, maybe Santa will remember. Great review BTW

Would not an all-orange sash be okay, too?

This is a nice figurine representing one of my favorite periods, but I would fill up the periwig before painting it. Maybe the sculptor wanted to make it look like pressed down by the hat, but the head looks odd this way.
