Just like to say thanks guy's for your kind comments on the WW11 trio, it seemed to take on a life of it's own for both of us but it's come out to a very satisfying end, thanks for posting them up Kev Cheers

Hi Andrew ,

Thanks for comments appreciate you looking in , yes there is Evans on his gas mask bag under which is the number , ths is I believe a mix of the 2 numbers that Jim had when serving ( apparently they renumbered them all ) , the same number is painted in red this time under his helmet ( as seen in references )

See you at Salisbury , the home front busts I have will be part of the display including these 3 .

I suspect the Germans and British had a far more dangerous time of it than the US. As for the Russians, they suffered appallingly.
