Maleficent coming for Christmas, great guys. I hope I won't collect heavy fire for showing a novelty from the 1/6 arena :) But sometimes exceptional events can occur ... (y)

Actually, if up to me, I prefer if we stay away from prepaints and figures aimed for collectors of a different kind?
Although very good likeness that fabric pattern, stitches and the lack of scale weight for the fabric makes it more like a toy than a figurine. Same as with the battle Barbies from Dragon.

Cheers

Justifying myself, you see, I also agree with you Janne! :) PF is a corner for figure painters rather than figure displayers.

But ... here comes the classic but: And the guys who like to play on both leagues? ... Triathlon exists not alone in sports. :hilarious: Well, the easier solution would be to invite them to go to a 1/6 forum. However, I'll leave the suggestion open, as time showed me many guys like to look at the other side of the fence: Who knows a sub-forum for 1/6 would be something to talk about. There are several members here, like myself, who enjoy both genres. (And even these dolls can suffer heavy customization from our main area of entertainment).

...Nevertheless, the true reason I putted Angelina here was to see if someone takes the inspiration and knocks a bust out of her! :shy: please!...

it's a good likeness, I collect Sideshow figure and have done for a number of years ( the monsters and the 007 stuff they are great and do increase in value over time) the sculpting on the faces are as good as you will see anywhere. I know it might not be the place but always nice to look at a well sculpted figure.

Thanks for posting BT

Ian

I have to agree with Janne. Yeah, the sculpt is nice. But most of us here are not interested in collecting toys or pre-painted figures. There are plenty of websites for this kind of thing and those of us who are interested in this stuff should have no trouble finding them - if that is our desire.

On the other hand, if we open up the gates to this kind of thing, many of us may eventually have to wade through mountains of this kind of stuff to see the things we are actually interested in. Sorry, I think this is slippery slope that is best left to those above mentioned websites.....

Pardon my enthusiasm, Mike! :shy: But, just let me thanks for seeing she :)

I remember the thrilling interpretation you've made of Max Schreck character, phew already a quarter of a century ago ... if you would wish to take this challenge how pleased would I be (y) (and certainly, all the guys out there that like the fantasy platoon in the grey army)

Like they say: "Brilliant characters deserve brilliant hands!". I'm pretty sure, the mother of all villains would be honored as well.

Cheers!
