How to post pics?

Hello Guys

It was a while I posted anything here now, I even had to re-register..as I couldn't log in.
Anyway I wonder if anyone could explain how I could send pics here? How do I make a post under "work bench"? Any help would be really appreciated.

Gunnar, I use photobucket, upload your pics to photobucket then just copy and paste the IMG box into the message, very simple .
