Hi Folks just wanted to pop in and say hi. Im Adam. Im 25 and live in Sleaford, south Lincs.
Ive painted a couple of figures in the past with acrylics and although i was fairly pleased, i never really had great results but now want to get into it seriously and start improving.
It would be great to get in touch with other local figure modellers much better than me maybe even for some mentoring if thats even a possibility?

Thanks for the kind welcome folks. Just shot a first coat of primer onto my first 'serious' figure. Now just need to wait for brushes and new paint to arrive in the post.
Its alpine miniatures 120mm wiking division ss grenadier. A beautiful figure even in bare resin!! Not going to attempt any wild camo just yet. Plans are mouse grey parka and white trousers. Il hopefully get some first pics up for critique when everything has arrived.
