The story of Truman being a member of the KKK is one of dispute. When he was 24, running for re-election, he was advised by a couple of friends to join as the KKK was very powerful politically in Southwest Missouri. He paid his $10 fee to join but when he found out they didn't want him to hire any Catholics or Jews, he refused and demanded his $10 back. The Pendergast political machine that backed him and his artllery mates from WW1 were Catholics. He never attended any meetings and it ended up costing him the election. This was corroborated by one of the men who got him to join.
He went on to champion Civil Rights and pass several landmark orders as desegregating the military and barring race as a factor in civil service hiring. Also supported the creation of Israel.

Don't know if this is true or not ? But heard that at a show in the states 4 pieces were not allowed in because of the flags somewhere on the piece or base .?

Not that I know of. There haven't been any Figure Shows since this flag issue started and if there were any figures at an IPMS Show 4 was probably the total entries.
The only time figures were removed from Shows were of an extreme violent or sexual nature beyond good taste. I cannot see Confederate symbols being removed when Nazi and SS are prolific.
I used to be offended by too many Napoleanic figures but my therapist told me the multiple colors would be soothing .

It's career day in elementary school where each student talks about what their dad does. Little Johnny is last, and finally the teacher calls on him to talk about his dad. Johnny comes to the front of the class.
'My daddy is a dancer at a gay bar. He takes off his clothes for other men, and if they pay him enough money, he goes into the alley and performs sex acts on them.'
The teacher is shocked, and she calls for an early recess for the rest of the class. She sits down with Johnny and asks him if this is really true about his dad.

A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Vancouver Canuck's fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they were Canuck fans, too.
Not really knowing what a Canuck fan was, but wanting to be like their teacher, hands explode into the air. There is, however, one exception. A boy named Colin has not gone along with the crowd.
The teacher asks him why he has decided to be different. "Because I'm not a Canuck's fan."
"Then," asks the teacher, "what are you?"
"Why I'm proud to be a Toronto Predators fan.", boasts the little Colin.
The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks Colin why he is a Predators fan.
"Well, My Dad and Mom are Predator fans, and I'm a Predator fan, too!"
The teacher is now angry. "That's no reason," she says loudly. "What if your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron, What would you be then?"
A pause, and a smile. "Then," says Colin, "I'd be a Canuck's fan."

What do you call 5 Toronto Predator players standing ear to ear?

That's true of many who joined the Klan back then. It was a much larger, mainstream organization in the first couple decades of the last century. But that's just the point. You're applying the kind of nuanced analysis of the historical fact, that PC practitioners don't. That's why it's absurd to discount the Founders, discount their ideals, just because they owned slaves. A sober, mature person understands that that just proves that they were human, and the ideals are noble and worth preserving. The PC mob just bleats, "Four legs good, two legs bad!" and that's the limit of their reason.
