the dog tooth pattern is moulded on the figure, I may paint it or I might just leave it plain leather. At the moment thats the better option

Right then, nearly going blind doing the braid, which is 1/3rd green and 2/3rd red. I ended up painting red dots all over the braided areas.
I need to give my eyes a rest now, in a dark room with a beer.

.........................This figure is cursed. Nearly at the end of painting him, just gloves and accoutrements to do and the brush launches it self at his tash.
Fat fingers or what. I think I will put him down and come back to him later, or paint stripper and start again or start something else.

It nearly got to that stage, stripped the head of oil paint and remade a moustache from green stuff. More Dick Strawbridge on campaign.

Right, back on track, The face has been painted in oil and the rest has been painted in acrylic and then oil. I had to let the primer dry before I attempted the face again. Not quite happy with the face, will have to titivate the face tomorrow.
