It's been over 24 hours now since we all opened our xmas stockings with all our new kits and goodies and yet.......

There's none of it listed in market and commissions yet for resale.

What happened folks........

Are we getting so much better at recieving what we ask for?....

Or ordering our own gifts

Paul.

Ive got a huge complaint to make to all of my family - knowing my interests and hobbies and bearing in mind I sculpt EVERY night, why did I get socks, whisky, wine, (I cant drink) chocolates (Im on a low fat diet), belts and f***ing aftershave...?!! Nothing at all to do with what I actually am interested in!

Mine was a bit of an anticlimax as I got a years Playstation Plus subscription, tripod for my phone to help with photos, and a £25 Jackson's Art Supplies voucher (new wet palette and cutting mat on their way).

Main thing I don't get till March though as it's a painting weekend class with Alfonso Giraldes (Banshee) so can't complain.

Quote of Christmas was while youngest daughter (age 19) was watching The Sound of Music.

Towards the end when the von Trapp's were making their escape someone said that Stormtroopers were searching for them.

"Why did they say stormtroopers? They weren't invented till the 1970's"

"What?"

"There weren't any stormtroopers till Star Wars".

:wideyed:

Darn it,!!!!! I was waiting to get a bargain on the After Christmas Sale:arghh:
Happy New Year.
John

I've initiated the practice of ordering my Christmas gifts years ago.Simply impossible to convince the wife that a figure is way better than a sweater and even more difficult to teach her the difference between a 16th samurai (hurraaaaaaaaaah) and a WWII German soldier (harruuuuuuuh).

Oda.

Whaaaat ?
No lighter ?

Looking forward to you presenting these new kits as finished in due course mate.
I was given some Verlinden kits recently by Adrian Hopwood.
I didn't ever make any back in the day, some of them are fantastic.
I shall be looking closer through bargain bins in future.

Paul.
