For the life of me, I can't get my images to post. What am I doing wrong? I've got them in a Photo Bucket account and I'm still not getting anywhere. Help!

:shifty: It's tempting but no...... Use the upload a file then browse your computer/drives till you find the image(s) you want and upload it/them then lets you add them as a thumbnail or a full pic (y)

Russ, do you have the link generated by Photobucket for the images? (Get Link, then click on the IMG codes option.) All you have to do is paste that into the body of your message and the image will show up.

The code should look something like this:
Code:
[IMG]http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a252/Einion/Munsell_Colour_Dimensions.png[/IMG]

Which gives the following image if I paste it directly into my message:

Munsell_Colour_Dimensions.png

Did anyone else have issues with Photobucket when it changed?
I use the upload now as I can never get Photobucket to load properly now, I still have loads of images stored there so any advice on getting them would be great. Even when trying for the old version is doesn't work.
Many thanks

Which time? :sour:

I've disliked the updates ('updates') the last few times, although this latest one isn't the worst, a couple/three changes ago you couldn't get it to give you the links at all for a short while

You can't get the site to view properly so you can get into what's now called your Library? If so it's probably a browser or plugin issue. Without asking which version of which browser you're using the simplest suggestion is to try another, more up-to-date, browser* if you happen to be using an old one.

If you are using a current/recent browser it's likely a plugin issue, although if you don't mind doing it you could try clearing your cache as that can sometimes help with this sort of thing.

*I wouldn't automatically suggest updating your current browser, like you would in the old days, if you're a Firefox user as recently that hasn't always given the best results. Some older versions work far better.
