...for a project I'm planning. A female head, Caucasian. 70-80mm scale.
Anyone having any advice on where to obtain one?

Try Preisser female 70mm Adam and eve series, you would require the eve Set.

I think the Preiser sets are sold as 1/24 or 1/25 scale?
