I would love to see something along these lines in a larger scale, 1/16th or 1/9
 
Great miniature Alex! And I am going to be the most honest that I can: I always thought the Icon range of foot figures to be rather flat to the current benchmark. I saw it as a range from the late 80's, early 90's with drop down poses.

But this miniature is not a drop down figure. It is brilliantly animated and extremely well detailed. It is an outstanding representation of the Nordic Berserk warrior without falling in the most commonly seen Hollywood or fantasy incarnation.

BTW, many people may not know, in the Icon range there is one of most well executed portraits I know: The Emiliano Zapata Salazar bust! What a great piece! ... greatly this newcomer joins this stunning top level too!

Have to agree. It looks like Icon have upped their game with this figure. I'd certainly buy it.
