If you have an iPad/iPhone running iOS 8 then there is a nifty little feature tucked away in the settings menu. Go to Settings->General->Accessibility->Greyscale and flick the switch. Why is this nifty? Well, guess what, I'll tell ya
Now open up the Camera app and point the lens at your latest piece. Now, automagically and instamatically, you can see if your values and contrast need a bit of tweaking without getting distracted by all that lovely colour.
