Hi Everyone
Another (damned) question, I'm afraid...
I have the excellent Osprey men at arms book focusing on the Italian army in WW2. Whilst this period is one I hardly ever venture into, it's an inspiring modelling reference and I wondered whether there are decent North African theatre figures around?
1/35 / 54mm, preferably.
Thanks!

I sold a set of those last year and they got bid up to GBP 88, way higher than any of the other sets I sold.

I was shocked but pleasantly surprised (I'd been expecting around maybe 30 to 35 quid). Someone must have really wanted them badly, I was lucky enough to have 2 people bidding against each other and it (apparently) getting "personal" (which I find rarely happens any more these days - at least not for me!)

One of the rarer (and best) of the Airfix toy soldier sets, they weren't around for very long.

Dragon have a couple sets of plastic figures...
Yes the Airfix Italian 1/32 figure sets are rare and asking stupid prices, but so are the modern Russian and Nato figure sets.. Not out for very long and very rare... Sadly I never managed to obtain those three..
