superb treatment of the metallic Zeno. Well done . Hopefully you can make good use of our forced isolation time to put a dent in your grey army. Keep safe!

Thank you Glen! Much appreciated.
Unfortunately, I can't take advantage of this forced isolation. I still need to go to work, for a while, at least. We will see what's bringing the future.
Cheers my friend.

Hi Zeno. Nice work!

I have a question for you that might feel a little demential: how tall is that 75 mm knight?

The reason I'm asking this is because I realized that "75 mm" is now an empty marketing formula where every brand has it's own interpretation. I've found that figures marketed as "75 mm" can have very different heights, not only across brands, but even across the same brand AND product line.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Michel3105,
To be honest, I didn't measured the knight and I don't think is relevant, as long as you have a single figure display.
When you have a multiple figure display the figures scale and size is critical. I totally agree with you that the manufactures have different interpretation when is coming to scale. More correct is to discuss about the scale then the size. In this case is about scale 1/24, usually associated with size 75mm. In this scale, the size can vary due to anatomical characteristics of the portrayed characters. But this opens a Pandora box and from here comes the different interpretation when is coming to scale and not only. Is not a problem to have a slight difference in size being in the same scale. That is normal, but when the equipment displayed looks significantly different, size wise, then is a problem.
We need to be careful when we select figures for a vignette or diorama and some times this is a challenge, not to say frustrating when we realise that the figures don't work together due to the size. Same scale and size declared by the manufacturer.
Recently I quit doing a multi figure project due to this reason. In this case was a project in 1/32 (54mm). All figures in 1/32 and part of the same regiment. The differences in size and equipment size put me down. I can't put them on the same display. It will look silly. Figures coming from 3 different manufacturers.
As I said before, we need to be careful when selecting figures for our projects. There are many variables which can or not work for us.

Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Zeno :)
