Just a quick note to all modellers within range of travelling

The touring cake stall that is also known as the Kitmaker UK British Bulldogs IPMS club stand will be up and ready to accept your oohs and aahs of pleasure and acclaim and to welcome your charming presence should you be able to bother your lazy arses to attend the first IPMS show of 2017 at Bolton oop North.

For those who have not been blessed with the memories of a January trip to Bolton....

Situated in the tropical high sierras of Western Lancashire, Bolton's Sunny climate ensures the early ripening of the fruit of the mushy pea tree, and the spring harvest of locally organic grown pies amongst the twilight screeches of the local parakeets in their extravagent plumage.
Friendly natives will eagerly roll a fresh black pudding for you on their dusky thighs, acknowledging your order with a cheerful smile and the local greeting "Nah then ladd two sugars were'nt it", whilst indoors in the air conditioned comfort (ha ha) of St. Josephs School Horwich, you can chat rubbish with Barry (Grievous) about "Aaaaarmer" or enjoy Paul's whistful air of melancholy as he paints something else that should have been completed ages ago.
Other Planeteers, and strange folk from 'That Yorkshire', will be there and a guide offered so you may avoid them succesfully.

Traders shall be there to supply your every modelmaking need along with a super panorama of talented local club displays.

Should you wish to bask in such a convivial atmosphere,
(or indeed just wear a basque as we shall).
Do let us know of any specific dietery requirements, that we have time to ignore them completely, with us being Northern.
Tha' can 'ave bacon baps or crisps lad.

See you there....I have your names....there's nowt else to do.

Love you bye.

Paul.

Great news for those travelling any distance to the show this weekend, for the first time in 3 years no threat of snow, just the odd shower late in the day.
see you all there.

Paul.
