Due to Covid 19 I think many items purchased from China or in this case Hong Kong are being shipped by surface mail which takes a hell of a lot longer than air mail.

I recently purchased a kit from Jeff and sure enough it took nearly three months to arrive, i too was a little anxious as the tracking number had ceased to work, but on arrival i noticed that one of the many carriers had issued the parcel a new reference/tracking number of their own.

I logged into their website and sure enough half of the journey had been recorded, i just had no way of checking at the time..

I live in Greece.Tracking numbers from within the EU are always and easily tracked through the Greek Postal Service tracking System from day one.Tracking numbers from countries such as USA or China cannot be tracked until the packages have crossed the borders to Greece.Until that moment the tracking numbers work only for the tracking systems of their respective country of origin.Perhaps you should use the initial tracking number and try to discover what has happened to your package through USPS (if Jeff has shipped your figure from USA).If the US Postal Service has received the figure from him and never delivered maybe you could go after them.

I don’t like getting involved in these kinds of things but as a banker my suggestion is to just file a dispute with your credit card for non received goods rather than exchange hostile emails with the merchant.

I am still waiting for my paid figures 6 years after this post, and the response I got from him is still in my mailbox. This is one company that will not see my money, and nor all my close friends.

Dispute was opened, but since I waited more than 45 days (customs here are slow) I lost.

I was never refunded, never got a second package, nor a tracking number to see if there was an actual package.

Good you got your figures and are pleased , can I suggest you post the question ref winter uniforms in one of the other parts in General Figure , look on You Tube for Milan Dufek as well looking in the painting section of PF

Be good if you also introduce yourself in the Welcome Aboard part as well , in there you will find threads about various things on PF but feel free to message me and I will help
