I send sometimes a mail to Jeff and it can be some time before he answer because he is a very Buzzy men ,believe me
I did send a mail the first time that I would make a order to him with the numbers of the figures and a little time later he answer me,
try it this way I should say,because he is absolute very kind.

Man Fai ( aka Jeff ) Shiu is an amazing and very helpful person.
I ordered many figures and I still want many more.
He answers the mails but probably not immediately.
His services are AAA class.....
The figures need a lot of work but its worth buying almost any of them.
