Hi again,

In short: I dropped the 1/4th scale version I started some time ago.It became to heavy and unstable.Didn't want to waist to much recourses to make moulds etc.Solution: A new one, a lot smaller, not to say one of my favorite scales.
The head is pretty much finished, as is the neck and the main body.At the end there will be a large number of parts for easy moulding.

fantastic sculpt- Mr. Carpenters thing is quite a mission to take on, but your detail is spot on. perhaps we'll see more? maybe the scene when its first discovered in the kennel- that would be a project and a half.

My very first attempts on this subject were more than a decade ago.I'm very motivated to do them again.

super work!

is this the scene with the chest/teeth? or from the final confrontation?

it made quite an impression on my young mind :)

Mark

Thanks Mark, it's indeed the scene following up Norris' hart attack. And it made my sculpting carreer going in a certain way:)

Wow,
This brings back memories. Before the days of cg.effects, this still is one of my favourite films.Great sculpt, great fun,

Rob,

exellent piece of sculpting and quite a complex subject but you are doing a great job with it, what are you using, Supersculpey ?
