I agree. Here's one of my favourite depictions of Napoleon onboard HMS Bellerophon inspecting the ships detachment of Marines. Napoleon was famously quoted on inspecting the marines saying "much might be done with a 100,000 such as these".

Not seen that picture before, interesting concept with the enemy inspecting the troops. It would make a lovely diorama, and no I'm not volunteering!
