It is the Joshua Chamberlain figure of Fernando Ruiz Miniatures.
In my opinion a must have for all ACW fans.

The tunic is second to none great work indeed.
But I must say it is refreshing to see a Colour that is in proportion to the figure,
? Do you call your flags Colours.

Superb work. I've already downloaded a picture of this as a guide for Union blue. Best example I've ever seen. The flag also is exceptionally painted. Well done.

Answering the questions, Colin said it right, the scale is 75 mm.
For the union blue I used Andrea Miniatures colors NAC-11 with a little flat base from Tamiya.
For the flag I used NAC-01(white).
Vallejo 70957(red),
NAC-25 mixed with Vallejo 70816(blue)
For the stars: Vallejo 70824 with a little bit of Vallejo 70878.
