Hi all.

In case you've missed this little teaser doing the rounds this morning on Facebook and Instagram; here is the first bust being sculpted by Joaquin Palacios from artwork by Paul Bonner which they have a full agreement to be able to use.

This is looking to be a pretty large bust (if you know the painting then you know what's to come) but it's been in the works for a couple of years already to get the rights agreed correctly so great to see it starting to take shape.

Looks interesting. Will this be commercial? I am asking because I am not on Farcebook and have no intention to ever getting on it either.

Anything sculpted by Joaquin Palacios is top notch. If he ever got into historical miniatures, people here abouts would be blown away.

Like the bust a lot.. will is be commercially available? If yes please let us know where the bust will be available.
Have fun,
Christian

Good news for you then because it will be commercially available. As for when; depends on quite a few factors but it will be announced here too either by myself or Mally Anderson (Journeyman Miniatures on here).

At the moment the bust is only about half way approximately as there's still lots to be done but this is just 7 days work so far which is majorly impressive. And yes; if Joaquin ever did a historical piece it would be really well crafted and popular here.
