Hi Peter,
A real classic bust this one in both sculpt & painting, complete with royal purple robe.
Any chance of a photo of him on lighter background mate?
Keen to get better sense of how you Ed used colour & light.

Marcin - Thanks also and very good to see that you're still with us.

Mike - I'm afraid that's the best I can do photography wise - my camera just bleaches everything out against a lighter ground. Lighting is sort of (!) zenithal - from the front and above. The cloak was done with mixes of Vallejo purple and off white - I no longer darken deep colours for the shadows. Glad you approve maestro.

Many thanks Steve. This was nice to do despite the back being damaged through dodgy casting (hence no pictures). No busts left, so back to the figures.
